If the AGI product you purchased fails during the warranty period under normal usage and recommended environmental conditions, AGI will provide warranty service in accordance with the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Warranty Service”).
AGI may update or supplement this Warranty Service Policy from time to time. Please refer to the latest version published on the official AGI website.
1. Gen4 SSDs purchased on or after March 1, 2025, are covered by a 5-year warranty, as verified by the original proof of purchase.
2. If the original proof of purchase cannot be provided, AGI will determine the warranty eligibility based on the product’s serial number.
The actual warranty period shall be as indicated on the product packaging or announced on the official AGI website.

DRAM products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty; however, the warranty claim requirements are identical to those of other product categories, and a valid proof of purchase is still required.If a proof of purchase cannot be provided, AGI will make a determination based on the serial number, manufacturing date, or other information, and retains sole discretion in making the final decision.

The repair process typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on regional conditions.
After inspecting the returned product, AGI, at its sole discretion, may choose to repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or provide a functionally equivalent AGI product as a substitute.
In cases of supply shortages or product discontinuation, AGI may offer an upgrade option with a corresponding price adjustment.
AGI reserves the right to make the final decision, and all such decisions shall be final and binding.
If a product is determined by AGI to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within seven (7) days of shipment, and all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase are complete and undamaged, AGI will provide a replacement with a new product of equivalent specifications.
Products under warranty may be returned directly to AGI or through the original authorized reseller.
For products beyond the warranty period or damaged due to unnatural causes, AGI reserves the right to refuse inspection, repair, or replacement.
If AGI decides to provide such service, additional fees may apply.
To ensure smooth repair and service procedures, please observe the following guidelines:
1. Users are strongly advised to back up their data regularly. AGI is responsible only for inspecting the storage hardware, and all data stored on the device will be erased during inspection. AGI shall not be liable for the protection, backup, or recovery of internal data, software, or programs, nor for any loss or damage caused by user mishandling. AGI does not provide circuit board replacement services.
2. The product must remain intact when sent for inspection, and a clear description of the defect should be provided to expedite the process.
3. Please use the original packaging box or suitable protective materials (such as bubble wrap) to prevent external damage or scratches during transportation.
4. If accessories are included with the product, please return them together with the main unit.
This Warranty Service applies only to the AGI product itself and, unless otherwise specified, does not apply to accessories.
“Accessories” refer to items sold together with the AGI product but not individually marketed by AGI, such as adapters, cables, and other peripheral accessories.
Any software, digital content, or updated or upgraded versions supplied with AGI products—whether on physical media, preloaded, or available for download from AGI’s official website—are not covered under this Warranty Service.
Issues related to the installation, use, removal, or compatibility of such software or digital content are likewise excluded.
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, AGI does not provide services for installing, testing, or removing AGI products on or from other devices.
This Warranty Service does not cover damage or data loss caused by:
‧ Force majeure events, accidents, abuse, mishandling, or improper use (including failure to follow product instructions, use beyond the design intent, use for tooling or testing purposes, or product modification);
‧ Alteration or replacement of components;
‧ Abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions (such as prolonged exposure to humidity or extreme temperatures);
‧ Natural disasters;
‧ Improper installation (such as use with incompatible or non-AGI-compliant devices);
‧ Electrical issues (such as under-voltage, over-voltage, unstable power supply, or prolonged charging of lithium batteries);
‧ Network connection errors, data access failures, or other causes leading to damage or data loss.
Damage or tampering with AGI’s warranty labels, product serial numbers, or electronic codes, as well as any unauthorized repair or modification, physical damage, or evidence of opening or altering the product enclosure, will render the warranty void.
This Warranty Service also does not apply to:
‧ Products obtained through marketing or promotional activities, such as gifts or public relations samples;
‧ Products resold or transferred through secondary markets; or
‧ Any commercial or profit-making use of this Warranty Service without prior written authorization from AGI.
For external SSDs, memory cards, and USB flash drives used under the following conditions, AGI reserves the right to make the final determination of warranty eligibility:
‧ Video monitoring
‧ Security protection
‧ Surveillance systems
‧ IP cameras
‧ In-car recording
‧ Continuous recording set-top boxes
‧ Continuous data logging devices, such as servers
It is strongly recommended that you regularly back up all data stored on your AGI product.
AGI shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of data or programs stored on the product, nor for data recovery, backup, or related costs.
AGI assumes no responsibility for any defects, damage, or data loss that occur during the repair or replacement process.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGI disclaims any liability for infringement, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business investments, goodwill, or losses arising from forgotten passwords or data loss.
AGI is not responsible for any malfunction of third-party equipment, even if AGI has been informed of the possibility of such occurrences.
If AGI products are used in applications where personal injury or death is likely to occur—including but not limited to medical or medical-related equipment, military or military-related equipment, aircraft, traffic control systems, disaster prevention systems, combustion control systems, or nuclear facilities—AGI shall not be liable for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from such use.
