“This warranty is limited to the AGI product unit and is not applicable to accessories, unless otherwise specified. (Accessory: components that come with the product unit, but not sold separately, e.g., expansion cards, transmission cables.) The installation, usage, uninstallation, and compatibility of any software, digital content and updates in conjunction with the AGI product are not included in this warranty, regardless whether they were pre-installed, disc installed, or downloaded from official website. Unless there is written agreement, AGI does not provide installation, testing, or uninstallation service on other devices, and these services are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is not applicable for any damage, malfunction, or issue that is caused by force majeure, accident, sabotage, abuse or misuse (e.g., neglecting the instruction, usage beyond product capability, use for molding or testing purpose, or unauthorized modifications), unauthorized alteration or repair, harsh environments (e.g., exposure to extreme temperature or humidity), natural calamities, faulty installation (e.g., installation on incompatible device), power issues (e.g., improper voltage, unstable power source, or overcharging the Li-ion battery), or data loss due to abnormal internet connection.This warranty shall automatically be void if the serial number has been defaced or altered, or if the product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons not authorized by us.This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.”
